This seems to be a RPC of Claudius but I can't figure out the empress is Messalina or Agrippina. (The legend of the name is too much weared of and didn't find a similar coin on the internet)

Diameter is 26mm

Your coin appears to be Claudius and Messalina, similar to Sear #493, struck at Crete.

Thanks for the information!

There is indeed a coin from Crete that looks the same (RPC 1001/1002), but I don't know it is the same as the Sear 493 you are referring to.
Anyway, the portraitstyle of "Messalina" looks to me to be quite different from RPC 1001/1002.
