It's really tough to tell from those pics. Makes it hard to tell if the cheek has rub or not. Pics make a big difference. It could be a 'slider' or a ms coin. For now I'll vote on the side of ms and say 64.

Looks like wear on the wing tip, and a washed out, flat look, perhaps overdipped. I'd say AU-58 from pics.

Absolutely no way to tell from those images. Could be Mint State; could be heavily circulated. I would not waste much money on it; this issue isn't even worth the cost of slabbing under MS64.
