To me that portrait looks like that of Elizabeth I, however unfortunately I can't help you identifying the denomination.

The second coin is a groschen dated 1531 from the Free City of Danzig (modern Gdansk, Poland).

EDIT: the first coin is of Elizabeth I, but I can't help more precisely either.

What's the diameter of the Elizabeth I? I should be able to help with ID once I know size.
