1964-D Washington Quarter - What Does C.f. Mean On Holder?

tropicalbats Pillar of the Community United States 6108 Posts	Posted 11/03/2017 09:20 am This coin has been puzzling me. Anyone know what C.F. means? Says "1st silver 25 cent C.F. in over 25 years.
