Looks AU maybe, but cleaned, artifically toned? Also, I think it might have been used in jewelry, grabbed it from my bullion dealer. I really like it!

Interesting 1883-O Morgan, the mint mark is tilted far to the right and it looks like it could be an "N" clash.
