If there is good luster (hard to tell from the pics), it might hit MS62-63. At the lowest I would say AU55, but it would probably be AU58. How's that for a straight answer!?
I think if the price is good, I would buy it no matter the grade. It looks very nice, and anywhere in that $950 range that I mentioned earlier would be a great buy. I might even go to $1000 (or more, depending on how it looks in hand).
These are out there, but they aren't plentiful, so if it meets your needs, in both look and price, you should jump on it.
(This was a very wishy-washy post, and for that I apologize.)

Thank you everyone, it's really nice to know that I made a good decision. I was a little wary at first because this was the most I have ever spent on one coin. I'm learning from my CCF family though! Should I have this graded by a TPG? The person who I bought it from owns a pawn shop that occasionally buys and sells coins. He bought from someone for $300 and actually was going to sell it for $550 but since I have bought from him before he gave it to me for $450! It's a very nice coin and the history behind it is just as interesting.

The only thing that concerns me is the spot by "Trust" I'm too chicken to use acetone or Verdi care do you think the spot detracts value? Also more grading opinions would be appreciated!

What about the spot? I'd just leave it alone, is just natural silver tarnish, unless you know what you're doing, you stand a big chance of ruing value.

Crazyb0, good point, I will not try to do anything to the coin, because I would be devastated if I ruined it. I will post more pictures of the coin when I get it, from all the different pictures I have, it looks like the there is no wear on any of the high point of the coin. But I think the nick by the G in "Grant " could hold it to an MS 60 what do you guys think?

It's a nice coin, good find, Buckwill311. Some minor marks. Each picture seems a little different, though. On one, I see a light scr from the base of T toward the ear, another pic shows great toning, then another shows a flat luster. Still, I'd say it's unc and an MS-63, even with minor marks, but I'm also no expert on this coinage (for sure). One of my biggest fears in buying raw, high-end coins is that it's been cleaned somewhere in its life and a TPG will not grade it. Most cleaning is obvious but some is not. Hope yours is ok.

I agree ron6788 every picture seems to look a little different. These were all the pictures that I got from the seller because I don't have the coin in hand yet. It's hard to grade these coins because I can't really find very much about them online. I went on PCGS Coin Facts and compared my coin to past auctions. I think his beard is too nice to be considered AU. The reverse on the other hand I have no idea what to think Quote: One of my biggest fears in buying raw, high-end coins is that it's been cleaned somewhere in its life Fortunately even if it is cleaned, past auction records prove it's still worth more than the $450 I paid for it. http://www.PCGScoinfacts.com/Coin/Detail/9307

I got the coin today! Having it in hand I would give it an AU55. I'm going to bring it to my local coin shop this weekend and have them look at it. Thank you everyone for your help!

Buckwill311,
Sweet coin at a Very sweet price.
Are you going to get it graded? If so through which TPGS?

I hope I am wrong, but, based on the last set of images, I'm wondering if the coin was improperly cleaned at some point in its past. Too much time in a dipping solution possibly? It could just be the images, however.
