I'd give it 10. I see no indication of cleaning. Just plain old circulation with a tad of cameo.

This one came in the mail and was happy to see that the color was more natural than the original pictures indicated. Seller's pictures described the coin's detail perfectly. You know, I was just looking at some 1921s in F and VF, slabbed, and, based on what they were calling an F, this coin would definitely qualify!

16s and 17s are graded differently from 18-25 having to do with the exposed date afaik. and the 21s has a typically weak strike. would be like comparing apples to oranges. Right. I just can't see giving a coin with half a date visible a grade of Fine. Just me.
