many of the letters have this error to some degree. I have seen things like this but not so dramatic as on this coin..... Sooooooo.... what is it?

I tried to upload photo of coin back and front but didnt work will try againalso the pics dont really show that its a gradual clime from the lower part of error up to the letter itself

Probably die movement after the strike. Pushed them aside a bit. No premium for this though.

Sometimes this is caused by grease on the die. When the worker notices this, he uses a cloth to remove the grease. But so doing spreads the grease like peanut butter un-evenly in the die.
