Real or PSD? The damage along the words LIBERTY is clearly PSD.

Note how the metal flows over the 'L' on LIBERTY. That tells me it is an altered coin. Also the devices should fade from the clipped area.

It looks like an altered coin. It doesn't show the signs of a true clipped planchet.
