Hi,

Can someone point me to an on-line catalog or data base of Civil War tokens? I just found an Army & Navy token with a Liberty cap (?) head obverse, and I'd like to pin a Fuld # onto it. It's a pretty common token.

No picture for now - I'm at war with my camera over macro pix.

I've looked through Google and CCF's Tokens forum, but so far can't find much besides sites selling books or auction sites. Tried the TokenCatalog.com site but didn't have much success with it.

Any other sites I can try?

Thanks muchly,

I use http://www.cwtoken.com/Civil_War_To...et/Home.html
It's not the most intuitive site to navigate, but it works

Chances are, it's a common CWT. Another way to check die varieties is to compare any given token to those listed on ebay. While it's not as quick a method as going to the above resources, it can help develop one's eye for details, methinks.
