Saw this 1884-s Morgan dollar for sale. With a bit more eye appeal I'd say it could probably fetch tens of thousands, but what would you grade it based on these pics?

3 and 1/2 million minted, but a conditional rarity - MS 65 goes for Hundreds of thousands but your pictures show a lifeless coin with no luster - maybe a too long dip. Now let the experts chime in!!
Rest in Peace

It looks like scanned images from a centsless auction.

Don't forget, we're discussing a seller whose real-world numismatic skills are unquestioned - he was a finalist in the PCGS World Series of Grading. He knows his stuff. Therefore, if this coin is offered raw, it would not achieve a grade in a slab justifying the cost, when a straight AU55 would justify it. Low XF (note the cotton bolls are worn smooth) and almost certainly cleaned. Very little chance that surfaces appearing so homogeneous in a scan are original.

This seller is dangerous.
Rest in Peace

The auction hammered at $649.

edit to add - anyone reading this post and is not familiar with the ebay seller centsles and his basement grading service NNC should do a search here on CCF to really get a feel for what his coins have been and potentially still are.
