Your last set of pictures clearly indicates this coin had been cleaned at some point, black/dark dirty areas in between feathers and devices indicates that. But as mentioned already it is a nice coin.
I don't believe it is worth the TPG slab since the premium on your coin it will not be $200 or more! but it is your coin your decision and your money and you need to decide on what pleases you.
Here is a pic from an original one in similar grade.

Your latest pictures make it look like two totally different coins when comparing to the first pics. Assuming we're talking about the middle coin in the second set of pics then that looks like a perfectly normal 1859 Indian cent in EF condition.

I'm in XF details crowd. the coin was cleaned at some point. there is something happening under the 1 in the date. any experts out there?
