Show the whole coin obverse and reverse. Judging the strike of the obverse is more than the head only. While it is designated as Full Head there are additional high point examinations that help judge the strike.

Only 1 fat head vote? That's awesome! I picked this coin up awhile back. NGC did NOT give it a full head designation. I compared it to many full head examples and I still don't understand why it didn't make the grade.

NGC is tough on "Full-" designations across issues, to the extent that sight-unseen, I will choose the NGC "Full-" coin over the PCGS equivalent ten times out of ten.
