Looks more like a die issue rather than a Greaser. Look up the die states of coins; yours would fall into VLDS.

Yep, the dies were extremely worn - the mint got it's moneys worth out of that pair

Not a Greaser, but a very worn die. Your coin is in a VLDS (Very Late Die State). You can see all of the die flow from how worn the die is. I'm surprised that the die hasn't broke yet as the die was on its last legs.
