Not the big doubled die.
But looking at your coin on LIBERTY reminds me of a trails die I found a few years back. But your coin doesn't show the trails.

There are three known DDO's for the 1969-s cent though this doesn't appear to be one of them.
The split you see at the bottom of the I of Liberty is from the mint abrading the die. The B beside the I was also affected

Can we see some more close ups of this coin without the holder?
Sometimes it is difficult to see details looking through a plastic cover.
