There is certainly an element of that (my first year there I was sitting next to a buyer writing a 6 figure check on a single ancient!), but there are certainly some quality mid range pieces there, and dealers who specialize in more affordable pieces... In regards to the Canadian Large Cents, there are several dealers who I'm sure will have what you are looking for, but one thing about this show is you will have to pay for quality.
