I'm a beginner here myself, but this one's an obvious tourist reproduction. Be interesting to hear what the experts will say. Hang in there, they'll be along in a bit! I agree with the others that the flan is too perfect, but it would be interesting to know how close these other parameters are to the real thing. Thx!
