Posting another one of my dads Canadians. He was wondering if this was a full design? It seems from what I have read on here that there are varying degrees. Also, does this coin look cleaned?

Nice... it st.arterd as a Die chip and then the die crack developed as an interim die state and then finally the full design on your coin developed.I cannot see any sign of cleaning.

Very nice, but agree that the obverse may have been cleaned.
