I am newer to grading, and very new to classic coins. The dime is in an old flip labeled Fine but looking to get closer to a number.

With the blurry obverse and small reverse picture it is hard to pinpoint an exact grade. How about VG10 at the least to F12 at the most.

I'd say just enough meat left to go F-12.
