EF-45 would be a guess. Scans are not the best way to go for grading.

LCS sent it to a couple locally known graders who graded it at AU58. Was able to find another LCS to buy it for $112.

AU58 was my first thought.... (j/k, images are too blurred ) Seems like you're happy with the outcome, so congrats!

Even with the blurry pics, looks like too much wear on eagle's breast feathers and wing tips (and other areas) to be that graded AU58...maybe lower AU.
