I see the scratches, especially on the first two, but I think you're kinda reaching to call them cracked skulls. Just my opinion.

Maybe I'm thinking of the qualifications of spiked heads. What characteristics are required to be "cracked skulls"?

Idk it has a crack in his skull just saying is that not what cracked skull means? Anyways I changed the title I just thought if its cracked on his head they are callef cracked skulls but if you say it aint who am I to argue I'm new and yeah polishing scratches are extremely bad on these 2017 Ps for some reason

Don't get me wrong, I'm not sure myself. I was hoping some others would chime in. knowing how easy it is for dies to get scratched or gouged, I'm wondering if cracked heads such as these are at all rare and what exactly is the significance/definition.
