The overall size is normal and you can see the same thing going on with the 'D' on GOD. Here is a normal cent from that year. Click on it to enlarge to huge: Note that device is normal in size. If it were a DDO, then the other devices would also be enlarged around it. This is not the same year, but it gives you the idea that just not one device would be affected by hub doubling.
