Center high points both obverse and reverse show enough circulation to go to 58, rather than mint state.
The photos show dull "dead" fields often associated with over dipping, but that's impossible to be sure about from photos only. You have to see the light shift.
I just bought my own Isabella from Stacks sixth Baltimore auction and in the 3+ years of searching I've seen many dozens of this type sell. I've also handled at least 20+ examples during that time. So I'm pretty confident on my grade for the one you show.
I would add that of those that I viewed in hand, about half of the raw examples had obvious signs of cleaning or over dipping.
Unless you are very confident in your grading expertise keep in mind that a NGC or PCGS graded Isabella won't cost any more than a raw example grade for grade.

I would agree that the coin is likely an AU. Does the coin have remaining luster? The fields look a bit too "grainy" for it to be a full MS coin (at least to my eyes!).

What's the price on this, and... is the seller GSC? (black background)

It doesn't jump at you in these pics - very dull, flat and unnatural looking.

I think it's quite amazing that a collector from Norway is even interested in this series ... and can only imagine the collecting challenges that are presented as a result.
Congratulations on this purchase ... undoubtedly authentic by my eye ... and the only classic silver commemorative quarter dollar.
You have received plenty of grade opinions ... I'll defer to those ... but do wish to acknowledge your recent acquisitions with a sincere best of wishes for continuing the pursuit.
