Doucet Pillar of the Community United States 1315 Posts	Posted 11/18/2017 7:00 pm Ptolemy II I'm not too familiar with Ptolemy coins. This one caught my eye... another portrait of Zeus. It doesn't have the dimple that many have. I think this is because it is early. I can't determine the mark above the shield. Any help with ID or info would be appreciated. Likely the monogram often seen on Ptolemy II's from the Alexandreia mint, sort of a sideways "M".
