Good example of VLDS die flow. Metal flows outward as the dies are used, this stretches the devices more so in the thicker portion of the design elements. Take the T for instance, the thicker vertical bar has moved outwards "dragging" the lower cross serifs with it. why it looks wavy. The center crossbar of A, the ends are being dragged upwards by the thicker legs. The top bar of the T's and other letters are thinner because the die has been polished aggressively there along the edge to maintain the rounded beveling.
