Thanks to the knowledge from the CCF, I now know a partial clash when I see one.
Within 3,000 cents, I coin rolled a 1983 clash from each mint. This is the D

As a side note, you have to take possible die rotation into account as well.

If you want to make your own, I know of a couple smartphone apps to use: Photoshop Mix and Photoblend. I'm not sure about other desktop/laptop programs other than Photoshop.

I'm no expert but I think I also see concentric lathe lines on the obverse, most notably to the right of Lincoln's portrait. Nice find!

Buckwill311, I looked closer and the lines were a fingerprint. I put a cent aside recently that has lathe lines and the link explained it well. Thank you.
