It is indeed "20 something" - in this case, 20 baht, from Thailand.

The 'guy with the glasses' is Thailand's king, Bhumiphol. He appears (with glasses) on virtually all Thai coins and notes (since he came to the throne just after WWII, anyway). The presence of his picture is the best way to quickly tell Thai coins and notes apart from those of neighbouring countries which use similar script.

oh k thanks sap and onejinx, So I'm pretty sure I don't have any more thai coins/notes.

He looks younger in this so I'm guessing about... 1960s, early 1970s?

20 thai baht = 65c

Worth anything because of oldness etc.?

Just got around to checking in my Pick catalogue... and no, this one's quite modern - at least, it's not in my 2002 edition of Pick at all, so it must be 2002 or later. Thailand must prefer it's monarch to look "forever young" on the currency.

The design of your note, or one very much like it, is illustrated on the Wikipedia page of current Thai money.
