i think this1986d Lincoln Cent its a doubled die obverse but ,,, I want to know what the
experts see ?

I can't see any signs of doubling except for the Split Plate Doubling on the mintmark. Split Plate Doubling carries no premium over face value. Normal coin sorry.

Try moving you light at a higher angle. All you are seeing is light reflecting off the Machine Doubling. At a higher angle you will be a better view for a doubled die.

The example on the left is what you keep calling a doubled die, but it is MD. The die is normal, but altered after the strike. The example on the right is what you should be look for.
