New today, Victory end of WWI by Brill Brothers Clothes, a NYC establishment at the time I believe. 1-1/4" diameter.

Reported online as solid nickle, this has such a brilliant sheen to it. Seller's images, the shiny surface gave my cell phone camera fits.

999fine I really like this piece a lot. The obverse is particularly attractive.

Nice one 999. Railroad enthusiasts would bite on that as well as WWI collectors.

I looked at your post from the bottom up (I don't know why). After looking at the medal for a bit, I wasn't quite sure how to sum up how I felt, but then read your description and realized you did it perfectly. Very, very nice!

Many of you may remember that I have slowly been working on a complete set of the Nürnberg-Fürther Strassenbahn 20 pfennig tokens/notgeld. Well, I got a little lucky the other day and came across a rarely available set with an original cardboard album. It wasn't quite complete (missing two pieces), but I was able to win it for a good amount less than I was willing to pay.

To top it off, I received it today and of the 30 designs I had, I have the missing two to make it a complete 45-piece set!

Now to sort the duplicates for the best and decide how to liquidate the extras. Note: the "Städt. Sparkasse" token has four known varieties and I only have one, so a true complete set has 48 pieces. The search is never over!

Spruuuuu I do remember and that is fantastic!
I would not keep the medals in the album though. I would keep the empty album separate of course, but I like the method yours are in there in the stapled 2x2's or 2.5x2.5's shown in your images.
Congrats! A great set for sure. I have a funny feeling you'll find all the variations with patience.
