I recently found this aluminum token on ebay and it caught my eye as it's from the town where I was born. Meyer Store Co. Inc., Walnut Ridge, Ark., "Good for $1 in Merchandise". The little information I found was that there was a Meyer Department store which existed in Walnut Ridge from around 1929 until at least 1940. I found similar examples on tokencatalog.com in denominations 5c through $1.

I found these two Polish tokens today in the reject slot in my local CoinStar. Any information would be most welcome. They are made of brass or aluminium-bronze or similar metal and are about the size of a US Quarter:

Interesting token I picked up. I grew up in Lexington and "Hospital" and "Patient" are a bit misleading. The "hospital" is run by the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the "patients" are inmates with special medical needs. It has treated a number of famous people for addiction. Makes you wonder who could have used this token.

Very interesting token, daltonista. It reminds me of this one from Ville Platte, LA used in Dalberg pay radios. These were used in hospitals in many parts of the US.
