I found this in a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies CRH. I was wondering if this is 1DO-005? I have some of the die markers and I've taking close ups so you can see them. Doubling shows on Liberty and IGWT. It also shows MD I think on the date and some of the letters, but remember, MD can also happen on Doubled Dies too! Any thoughts will be gladly appreciated. Please answer this as I want to know for sure.

I'm see a lot of MD on the lower parts of the devices. Is that what you are looking at?

No. I see doubling on Liberty and IGWT. All of those pictures I've taken all for some of the die markers I have. There's separation lines in the motto IGWT. This is a harder one to detect and harder to see. some of the die markers are there and visible. Kinda hard to see because of the lighting.

The date is just smeared MD. IGWT looks MD too, devices are reduced look at O in GOD, movement is NW to SE over the whole coin, it isn't a rotational movement.

Looking at the images I posted, the two markers and doubling are a match. One you have to see what the doubling is. My image helped me see it better. Not a die often posted. So maybe this will help to alert us to know what to look for. Nice find. I always hate it when MD is on a doubled die. But MD happens on doubled dies as well as normal dies.

Thank you Coop for posting that die number. This one isn't easy to detect since it's more of the minor ones. And I agree with you about hating seeing MD on a Doubled Die. Thank you for the help.

I'm with Crazy, don't see it as anything but a MD effected coin. And not that nice of an example either.

Note the two markers on my images are a match for this die. It is not a strong example. But the MD does not remove it as a doubled die. It is a doubled die with Machine Doubling.
