I will participate in an auction (december) and would like to buy some coins.

Could you grade my wish list? These coins are very common.

1882 $ 10 Liberty Head
1899 $ 5 Liberty Head

I've never been good at grading off of scans. I'd be in the MS62-65 ballpark, only because I can't decisively say which one it is. Both are very beautiful, however!

Both close to 64. Really attractive examples without a single copper spot.

Well the auction is over. I got the 1899 $ 5 for US$ 375 (fewer bidders interested) and for the 1882 $ 10, another guy take it for U$ 700 (I throw in the towel at US$ 680). Should I have to continue bidding at the 1882?
