If it's ms then my 32 half is ms. It's really hard to tell with the toning. I'll throw out 62.

Now this one looks like a 58.  Love the struck up stars and eagle's talons. I'm not seeing anything on the surfaces that tell me this coin was circulated but the toning could be hiding something. I'm at MS62
