This in red? Appears to be coin contact marks, most likely from mint transport canvas bags...10,000 coins in a closed bag gets quite heavy, manhandled, dropped...causes "bag marks".

Crazyb0, that seems the most likely reason that caused this. PMD (Post Mint Damage).

That is a common area for die cracks ann die chips,a little more study is required I think.
