Bought this coin like in usual coin from short change, then saw that it has S mintmark.
Is this a dead 1979s proof type 1 filled S?
Cant imagine that this coin was proof in the past Now it looks like usual xf-aUNC.

Watched my US catalogue, S was unc minted too, 100m mintage. My mistake, this topic may be deleted now.

Looks like a normal business strike coin. 109.5 million of these struck The type 2 is on the proof coin.
