Is this what is considered full steps? And the window to the right of the door has a line kinda along side it into the edge of it any thoughts on these?

I personally would call the scratch PMD or just a hit like other areas of your coin.

Your second picture looks just like a gouge on the coin and Full steps on newer Jefferson are pretty common,
