Appears to be made of chinesium. HIGHLY questionable authenticity.

I knew I can't fool you guys!!

This counterfeit was offered to one of my friends at a gas station by someone loitering the premises.

My friend knows that I collect coins and paid $10 for it. He felt pretty silly when I told him that it was a fake.

Note that I took photos next to PCGS Bust half that has similar look/patina to see if anyone might consider this as a genuine coin

You can tell the coin if fake right away if you hold it.
It's very light, and some type of black stuff rubs off.

A poorly made fake.
