In a word - no. It's not a coin, it is nickel, and it "celebrates" nothing too amazing.

Low mintage does not translate to value until there are more collectors seeking an item than those being offered for sale.

Well said. It has no value to me but I guess there might be someone who would want it. That said, I'd be shocked if it was worth more than a few dollars to anyone. Certainly not $160.

Commemorating a Royal visit by Prince Charles likely doesn't help. He's probably the least favoured of that family.
