mrwiskers, your coins have lots of history in them, unlike my Trade dollar above, which is AU Cleaned.. Dearborn, NumisRob and MontCollector They are very nice! With the new rules, I guess I can sell my Puerto Rico coin. It is useless now..

@CFM ... Quote:mrwiskers, your coins have lots of history in them, unlike my Trade dollar above, which is AU Cleaned ... ...your Trade dollar's history is tied directly to Spain's economic history, as this coin was created specifically to compete in the Asian market with Spanish 8 reales. US dollars of the era were receiving only about 1/2 value of the 8 reales, the 8 being preferred by Asian merchants because of the 8's superior weight & purity ... read about this era of world trade, & you'll appreciate that very nice dollar even more.... btw: yours is one of the few Trade dollars that aren't chop marked from the Asian trade ... it's a very nice coin! ...speaking of Spain ... let's go back there, another example of Spain's economic roller coaster ride, with a 8 maravedis, devalued to 4 M., revalued later back to an 8M., then revalued again to a 12M. ... ...Cuba, to Spain

Dearborn, I messed up again. For some reason, I was directed to page 1 and saw a message about the rules for a new game. I had a flawed understanding that you could only jump to other territories if the country borders another one (Puerto Rico does not border any other country). Therefore, I thought I couldn't use it again. I guarantee you, I did not explain this well, and I'm sure you're scratching your head...

yep ok, I understand now I reuse coins here all the time for the different location as for lots of the world countries, I have only one coin for it. Take Puerto Rico for instance - I have only one because they are way crazy expensive. My main goal was to have a world coin collection - at least one coin from every country and territory.

Just to be clear here, we should not be reusing coins in this topic. Once you post it here, you should not post it again. If you do not have another coin for a place, then let someone else go. If we were allowed to re-post coins, this topic would be filled with my Eisen hower dollars.
