Three silvers so far: Netherlands 1 Gulden 1957, Sweden 10 Ore 1956, and Sweden 25 Ore 1953. That melt value is about $7, so it's like all the rest are free! Lots of Bermuda pig pennies and Ethiopia 1 Santeems. Many other cool coins, but there's no way I could photograph even a tenth of this pile! Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

From Fiordland National Park, NZ, heading 7752 miles, 241.94 degrees NNW, skirting between the islands of Mauritius & Reunion, skimming by the NE tip of Madagascar, & landing in Kiunga, we go from New Zealand, to British East Africa (present day Kenya)  Edited by mrwiskers
