Good evening all. I'm Mike and very new to coin variety searching. I was going through my big jar of change I have and came across this 1998 penny that seems to be doubled, especially on the word liberty and on the Lincoln memorial. Can anyone please help me with this find? Thanks all and any help is very much appreciated.

Make sure you orient and crop pix correctly. I tried t increase size but couldn't get a clear image. It is NOT a doubled die, but I'm not sure if it is just Die Deterioration, Mechanical Damage (MD) or PDD, Plate Disturbance doubling. Think it is the latter. What has caught my eye is the left side of the E in LIBERTY, that may be a BIE die break, or PDD, would need clear, non-glary focused close-ups to determine any more.
