Definitely something interesting going on on the obverse. Reverse is not a DDR, just Die Deterioration Doubling.

Not worth getting graded at all. It could be the result of an indented strike. I'd get coop or mikediamond to look at it. My personal opinion is that it is not PMD, but maybe a strike through of some kind. The lack of damage on the reverse is my basis. Good luck!

This coin looks to be struck through a previously off center struck nickel. The partial collar rim would seem to support this. The details in in the anomaly are the OD of God and Jefferson's lips

I do not think this is PMD at all.
