Ok I think it is Aurelian I am having trouble finding it any info on it would be great and mint looks like a B or maybe you G or something I don't know anything about this thanks in advance

Just looking up, could be B or BA is Barcelona. Aurelian ruled from 270 -275 when he was murdered by his own guards. One nice fellow....

R could be Rome, but that looks like SC, Sisica(Croatia)

It looks like a Roman Imperial coin to me.

Here's the info I found:

Aurelian. AD 270-275. Antoninianus (22mm, 3.63 g). Cyzicus mint, Radiate and cuirassed bust right / Mars standing right

Looks like the IOVI CONSER reverse, emperor receiving orb from Jupiter.
