Also has die crack,that starts from the rim and a crack that gose to the right off of it.

The die cracks are easy to see, but I'm not seeing anything other than the slightest MD anywhere else.

Mintmarks haven't been put into dies by hand since 1989, no RPMs past then!

Looks like Machine Doubling on the mintmark to me.

Die cracks are pretty cool though.
