I've been keying on 1921 Morgans lately and came across this one last week.

Does it have the field displacement over the S? This one makes you think both dies simultaneously exploded like a grenade when they finally reached the end.

It does have a fair amount of displacement, unfortunately about 2 strikes shy of Retained Cud. That's what caught my eye along with being one of the '21 scar faces.

Those images are better than what's up at VAMworld for this one. The face/neck crack is much clearer. You should ring up messydesk or someone and get them into the listing.

Yeah, the full plate images appear to be about the same die state but that one is a little beat up. The example on the D2 die crack guide is a much earlier die state though. I missed it the first time through.

VAM 3Y. Didn't even need to look this one up. Nice coin for a 21 Morgan.

Thanks Messy. I took a chance hoping the sellers images were not a good representation and it payed off.
