It might be coin damage? But if it is a DDR, it maybe too minor to list. I have rolls of unlisted ones.

I respectfully disagree about this one being damage. I have found DDR'S that looked exactly like this one on different dates and got it listed on John Wexler's site.

how popluar are these types of DDRs anyway? Is it even worth the efort to look for them?

Paveltul, I am not sure how popular these are, but I find these DDR's quite a bit, so probably not that popular. But, I collect these because I don't care how minor the doubling is.
