At first I was gonna say you finally had a miss, it sure looks like damage to me. So many of the 40s MM have a thicker lower portion of the bar, that looked like a hit, but....

Think it may be RPM-013 as listed on VV. Check the markers, placement looks close, my lines may be off, different sized pix.

Thanks Crazyb0, looks very similar and very well could be it. I missed it before when I went to VV. They do not show any die markers for the RPM-013 but that's what I'm calling it.
