Thus the reason it was not struck onto the motto. No die chip. Just a partial peel from the lamination. Report this Post to the Staff

I love lamination errors and it would definitely be a keeper for me. Thanks, coop, for noticing that it is a post-strike folded-over lamination peel. That makes much more sense for how it looks. These do have value above face, possibly around $3-$5 to the right buyer.
