If the area is raised, it is the correct die crack. If it is incused, it is a scratch. Hard to tell from the pic.

But die scratches will also be raised. So if it is a crack, it will be raised even over the devices. A di scratch will appear to go behind the devices. A coin scratch will be incuse on the coin. (Sunk into fields or over devices still sunken into the coin)
