Bad news is, ain't 013, nor 003. Your mm is in wrong spot, too far left. Also take a look at the 9, exact same motion, direction and distance of movement.,.bummer, huh!

I hear what you're saying. Question: if it were an RPM with the MM in this location, would it be assigned another number? That's what I figure, just want to make sure. Thanks, it will go from the 2x2 box to the copper box.

That looks like MD - BUT, you don't see much MD on wheat cents so still a good find!

MD. Note the same direction on the 9 on the date. The lower SE part of the design on the mint mark is altered by the MD.
